My day today

Accompanying my friend, Lav to the library to gear up for the semester exams felt like the right start to the day. We gathered our books and notes, ready to conquer the daunting task ahead. There's something about the quiet ambiance of the library that breeds focus and determination. With each page turned and each concept understood, we were one step closer to our academic goals.

After a productive morning of studying, a friend of mine treated me to lunch. It was her birthday today. As we sat down to enjoy our meal, we laughed and shared stories, temporarily forgetting about the impending exams. It reminded me of the importance of taking breaks and cherishing the moments spent with friends. 

The afternoon took a bittersweet turn as me and Lav embarked on the task of buying gifts for a senior's farewell. It was a reminder of the transient nature of time and the inevitability of goodbyes. We left the shop, and on the way back, she bought me unripe mango, which is my favorite summer fruit (be it ripe or unripe mangoes are the best).

Returning from our shopping excursion, we resumed our study session at the library. However, our dynamic duo became a trio as my roomie decided to join us. With her presence, the atmosphere became livelier, so livelier that we couldn't to start learning. So the study session was put to an end. We shared lots of laughter at that time.

As the day drew to a close, we decided to reward ourselves with a refreshing juice at Nyagaara. Sitting outside, sipping on our drinks, we reflected on the events of the day. 

After eating food outside the whole day, I started to experience stomach issues, and now I'm lying down in my cot.

From the focused study sessions to the moments of laughter and camaraderie, it was a day filled with a myriad of emotions. It reminded me of the importance of friendship, support, and seizing the fleeting moments of joy amidst life's challenges .
