Lil lives Wanted
The idea of nurturing small fishes in my room at the hostel has been lingering in my mind for a while now. It all started when I visited my aunt's place and saw her adorable tiny fishes swimming around happily in her aquarium. Their colorful scales and graceful movements captivated me, and I couldn't help but imagine having my own little underwater world to admire.
Living in the hall, I often find myself longing for a connection to nature though it's surrounded by large trees. The concrete walls and busy surroundings can feel stifling at times. Having a small aquarium filled with colorful fishes would not only bring a touch of nature into my room but also provide a sense of tranquility amidst the chaos of hostel life.
The thought of caring for my own fishes is both exciting and daunting. I know it would require time, effort, and dedication to create a suitable environment for them to thrive. I've been doing some research about fishkeeping, learning about the different types of fishes, their care requirements, and how to set up an aquarium.
I haven't taken any concrete steps yet, but the idea is still very much alive in my mind. I've been looking into purchasing a small fish tank and all the necessary equipment – a filter, a heater, and some decorative elements. I've also been considering which types of fishes would be best suited for a beginner like me.
Setting up the aquarium would be a significant undertaking, but I'm willing to put in the effort. I imagine carefully arranging the rocks and plants, creating a tranquil underwater landscape for my fishes to explore. The anticipation of bringing my fishes home and watching them settle into their new environment fills me with excitement.
Taking care of the fishes would be a new responsibility for me, but it's one that I'm eager to embrace. I look forward to learning about maintaining water quality, feeding them the right amount of food, and ensuring they have a clean and comfortable home to live in.
Growing fishes in my room would not only fulfill a long-held desire but also provide me with a sense of companionship and tranquility. It's a simple yet fulfilling way to connect with nature and create a peaceful oasis in my own space.
